I offer tailored one-on-one (or small group) private yoga classes designed specifically to your individual needs and goals. My private lessons can be scheduled weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or on an individual basis.

We’ll meet for an hour or a 45 minute express (options available for longer if requested) at a time convenient for you in the comfort of your own home or workplace if you prefer. I also offer private online yoga classes via Skype/Zoom (video meeting technology) for those who travel frequently or live in remote locations where in-person yoga classes are inaccessible.

Hi, I’m Jaclyn Visch.

As a yoga teacher, personal change and wellness coach, and integrative health practitioner, I’ve guided and supported many men and women to transform their life from rat-race-overwhelm to happy, vibrant health.

In my private yoga classes, I share the most effective tools I’ve found for focus, balance, strength and stress management. My teachings are designed to give you the practices you need to respond to stressful situations from a place of love, mindfulness and authenticity.

Whether you’re facing a particular challenge, need a boost of inspiration or are looking to transform your health, you’ll be amazed at how deep you can go when a practice is designed just for you.

WHAT TYPE OF YOGA DO I TEACH?

The yoga that I teach is more of a traditional style of yoga, which is predominately Hatha style but also incorporates a bit of Vinyasa yoga that most people are familiar with. This style of yoga not only provides movement and strength to the body but also helps with balancing the body and mind. My teaching style is inclusive, engaging and fun.

WHERE DID I LEARN YOGA?

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, which is recognised with Yoga Alliance through Ashtak Yoga School. I was lucky enough to go to India and have Dr Gaurav Malik as my yoga teacher trainer. He holds a Masters in Human Consciousness and a PhD in Yoga (Pranayama) with 10 years of university study (at the world’s oldest Yoga University) and has many years of experience with teaching, alongside Ayurvedic study.
