Hi, I’m Jaclyn Visch.

As a personal change and wellness coach, certified integrative health practitioner, and yoga teacher, I’ve guided and supported many men and women to transform their life from rat-race-overwhelm to happy, vibrant health.

Health and wellness in the workplace is a huge passion of mine, influenced by my Diploma of Business (Human Resources) and the many subsequent years I spent working in the Human Resources sector. Combined with my health and wellness qualifications, this knowledge and experience gives me a unique advantage when it comes to workplace dynamics and overall company wellbeing. I know what it’s like to juggle employee recruiting, hiring and training, all while ensuring your existing employees feel happy, healthy and appreciated. WHAT TYPE OF YOGA DO I TEACH?

The yoga that I teach is more of a traditional style of yoga, which is predominately Hatha style but also incorporates a bit of Vinyasa yoga that most people are familiar with. This style of yoga not only provides movement and strength to the body but also helps with balancing the body and mind. My teaching style is inclusive, engaging and calming.

WHERE DID I LEARN YOGA?

I completed my 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in India, which is recognised with Yoga Alliance through Ashtak Yoga School. I was lucky enough to go to India and have Dr Gaurav Malik as my yoga teacher trainer. He holds a Masters in Human Consciousness and a PhD in Yoga (Pranayama) with 10 years of university study (at the world’s oldest Yoga University) and has many years of experience with teaching, alongside Ayurvedic study.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

Tailored wellness programs
& yoga classes for your workplace

PARTICIPANT NUMBERS:

I can accommodate for up to 25 participants per yoga class and wellness workshop. My yoga classes are suitable for both beginners and experienced yogis.

PROGRAM TIMES & OPTIONS:

I’m available to teach express yoga classes at lunchtime, during normal work hours as a ‘pick me up’, or after work as a ‘wind down’ class. I can also run a lunch and learn session, half-day wellness workshops and retreats, and teach ongoing health and wellbeing seminars.
