Hi, I’m Jaclyn Visch.

I have a feeling you’re here because you’ve done everything ‘right’.
From working long hours to skilfully navigating office politics, saying “yes” to every travel and business opportunity, growing your family, and investing in your future.
In fact, you’ve probably done it ALL successfully with gusto, grace and grit, am I right?

So why do you feel so overwhelmed, burnt out and stuck…
when really you should be thriving?

I know from experience that fulfilment doesn’t just happen—it’s the result of consciously aligning what you do with who you are and creating a balance between work, life, health and happiness.

I know what it’s like to lack clarity on what comes next. I know how it feels to be drained of the energy, passion and motivation you need to do your job. My professional experience includes climbing the corporate ladder in real estate, the thoroughbred industry, local government and airlines in human resources, sales, administration and customer service roles, among many other things.

At various times throughout my career, I’ve been face-to-face with burn out, tonsillitis and fatigue. I constantly tried making changes, but I always slipped back into old habits, ultimately allowing stress, frustration and exhaustion to creep back in. I know what it’s like to work late nights building a business, and to blur your work/life boundaries so much that you’re not even sure there’s a difference between them.

Like you, I’ve been ready to get off the stress treadmill, but paralysed by the fear of making the wrong move. I’ve suffered from the effects of constant burn out, but felt not quite sure how to break free.

In 2008, I enrolled in a 10-day Vipassana meditation course. And, let me tell you, those 10 days were one of the toughest 10 days of my life, physically, mentally and emotionally. I had tried meditating at yoga before, but this experience was very different and even more rewarding! The course didn’t change my life overnight, but it certainly sparked a shift in my mindset. It was like reading a personal development book, but truly, wholeheartedly experiencing it.

But, I soon slipped back into old habits and patterns. The real transformation for me didn’t happen until 5 years later, when I found a book that changed the way I thought about food and self-care. I learnt how much processed sugar and chemicals were in my diet, so I decided to switch to an organic lifestyle. I cleared out all my cupboards and started from scratch. I won’t lie, it was tough! Looking back, I really wish I had my own health coach or someone to support me on my transformation journey.

As the months went by, I really started to notice things shifting. I stopped experiencing tonsillitis (and got to keep my tonsils!), my hair grew thicker and more luscious, my skin was glowing, my energy came back, and my digestion greatly improved.

My new approach to life, coupled with the amazing changes I was seeing in my body and health, led to the clarity to see I wanted to make a career change and redefine what success meant to me.
I decided I wanted to help others on the same journey.

  • I decided to start experiencing life, rather than just mindlessly ticking off tasks on the list of things I had to do next.
  • I started seeing my diet and eating healthy, nourishing whole foods as an act of self-love and care, rather than restriction.
  • I finally created the healthy, vibrant, exciting life I had always imagined, and decided to support and inspire others to embark upon their own wellness journey.

Then, at the end of 2017 life gave me an unexpected twist, and from this, I booked a trip to India to complete my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training. Here, I learnt how to become more present, slow down and really enjoy living in the moment.
