As a personal change and wellness coach, certified integrative health practitioner, and yoga teacher, I’ve guided and supported many men and women to transform their life from rat-race-overwhelm to happy, vibrant health.

I know first-hand how building a successful career and life can sometimes feel confusing, overwhelming and lonely, which is why I believe busy executives not only need focus and dedication—they need a support network too. As a coach, integrative health practitioner, and yoga teacher, my mission is to support and inspire you to create a life that feels more aligned with YOU.
